Key Responsibilities
Partner with district agents to identify, market, and write new commercial policies
Assist agents in the quoting and binding process for business clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients
Conduct outreach and networking to generate leads
Deliver proactive service for long-term client retention
Support day-to-day operations, including quoting, policy reviews, and cross-selling
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year in insurance sales (commercial insurance preferred)
Active California Property & Casualty License
Entrepreneurial drive to develop a book of business
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Highly organized, self-motivated, and responsive
