    Business Development Representative

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (Institute). As a key member of our commercial sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with existing clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Meet or exceed assigned sales quota by executing the sales cycle and maintaining assigned contact lists
    • Participate in professional associations, host lunch-and-learns, and promote continuing education courses to maintain a high level of industry knowledge
    • Compile and maintain decision maker information and identify top prospects to develop into clients
    • Call on multi-family, hotel, hospital, and other commercial related clients to increase sales territory revenue

    Requirements:

    • A minimum two years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience
    • Proven track record with sales and marketing within the service sector
    • Strong business and financial background, process-and-results-driven attitude
    • Working knowledge of current business software technologies
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience
