    Description


    Seeking a Project Commissioning Engineer for a direct hire opportunity with our client, a global leader in food processing equipment manufacturing and supply.

    This position is based in Flowermound, TX and offers full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental and 401k
    Salary is between $80,000 to $115,00 per year (based on experience)
    In this role you will collaborate closely with the Project Engineer to ensure smooth equipment implementation. This involves reviewing AutoCAD drawings, developing critical control logic, conducting PLC simulations, executing commissioning tasks, and providing technical support.

    Responsibilities:
    Reviewing Equipment Layout Drawings (ELD) in AutoCAD 2D format.
    Collaborating with the Project Engineer on various tasks:

    Compiling Motor and Device (MAD) lists for submission to controls house and/or customer.
    Developing Critical Controls Logic (CCL) for the system.
    Conducting PLC Program simulations with the controls group.
    Creating PH Installation/Commissioning/Checklists for each equipment piece.
    Formulating Commissioning Plan and project schedule.

    Ensuring equipment installation aligns with project Equipment Layout Drawings (ELD).
    Performing wet and dry commissioning tasks as per the Commissioning Plan.
    Maintaining time charging Networks in SAP.
    Providing installation support, warranty support, and troubleshooting.

    Qualifications:
    Holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in an engineering-related field.
    Proficient in using AutoCAD; adept at reading and interpreting 2D drawings.
    Possesses a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in producing layout drawings and MAD lists.
    Capable of traveling overnight 70% of the time for field work.
    Required to work onsite in Flower Mound, Texas (near Dallas) from Mondays through Fridays when not at customer site.
