    About YOU:
    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our firm. You should have a passion for seeking justice for those who have been injured. You will be responsible for providing injured clients with the legal advice required to successfully win compensation.


    Your Responsibilities Will Include:


    Providing legal support and guidanceAdvising clients on the best behaviorMeeting with clientsFinding ethical solutions to legal mattersCommunicating with clients to understand their legal concerns and needs to help provide them with essential pieces of adviceStrategizing on how to resolve the clients cases in a favorable mannerEnlightening clients about legal options and making them know the possible outcomes or threatsStaying informed about any current legislationBuilding trustworthy relationships with clientsPreparing legal documents such as dispositions, pleadings and contracts in a timely and accurate mannerAssisting clients with the execution of agreementsRequirements:Professionalism and prioritization of client customer service and representationMust have knowledge of federal and state statutes, court rules, forms, processes, and procedures.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAdaptable and comfortable in fast paced environmentBilingual / Spanish a plusCompensation:
    Starting at $125,000.00 with uncapped bonuses

    Education:
    JD requiredBarred in Florida

    Experience:2-4 years experience in Personal Injury LawManagement experience a plusAuto Accident and Premises Liability Cases required.
