Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA or CPA eligibility is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of recent experience in a tax-related position at a public accounting firm.
Experience with individuals, partnerships, and S corporations preferred.
Familiarity with 1040 forms and review processes.
QuickBooks proficiency is highly desirable.
Strong organizational, writing, and verbal communication skills .


Responsibilities:
Pay meticulous attention to detail throughout the tax preparation process.

Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors (both verbally and in writing).Organize, prepare, and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and S corporations.

Understand complex tax issues and apply them to client situations and transactions.
Deliver high-quality work products.
Contribute to tax planning and research for intricate tax matters.
Mentor and supervise entry-level staff and interns.
