- Provide support to the project management and field team on construction projects.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including subcontractor documents, meeting minutes, RFI's, submittals, change orders, notifications, and correspondence.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Coordinate resources and manage budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide regular updates project status.
- Assist the project manager with subcontractor procurement.
- Previous experience in construction management
- Familiar with construction management software
