    We are assisting a leading Construction Engineering firm with their need for an Assistant Construction Project Manager.

    This direct hire position will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide support to the project management and field team on construction projects.
    • Develop and maintain project documentation including subcontractor documents, meeting minutes, RFI's, submittals, change orders, notifications, and correspondence.
    • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure project success.
    • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.
    • Coordinate resources and manage budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
    • Provide regular updates project status.
    • Assist the project manager with subcontractor procurement.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in construction management
    • Familiar with construction management software
    • Strong leadership qualities
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Deadline and detail-oriented
