- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring they are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support the accounts payable and receivable processes, helping to manage invoices, process payments, and track expenses.
- Participate in month-end closing procedures, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and expense analysis.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to streamline accounting processes and improve the efficiency of financial operations.
- Engage in budgeting and forecasting exercises, providing analytical support
- Participate in special projects, providing data analysis and report preparation support as needed.
- Facilitate the digitization of financial records and the implementation of new accounting software or systems.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong academic record and a foundational understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and an aptitude for learning new software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and management.
