Effectively Maintain Customer Service.

Receives and enters all Purchase Orders from customers in the IQMS system. Orders may be received by fax, mail, verbally, or

EDI.

Enter Spot Buy and Blanket Purchase Orders
Create, update, and manage Sales Order (order entry)
Work with Manufacturing on requirements so the Production Schedule balances Customer needs, Manufacturing Efficiency, and Inventory targets.
Daily monitoring and communication of delivery status.
Monitors current part inventory.

Cross-functional:

Submission of export compliance documentation as required by customers.
Work with Supply Chain and Engineering to complete ECO's

Training and Work experience preferred:

4 to 10 years of business school, vocation education, or work experience, preferably in an injection molding industry.
High school diploma or GED
Ability to navigate customer portals / EDI systems
2 years of customer service or equivalent.
