CopperState Fire Protection is hiring a Service Coordinator in our Tolleson, Arizona location.

Position Summary:

The service coordinator handles all incoming service calls and maintains the service and T&I schedule. Maintains and builds a strong rapport with customers and employees.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provides excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Oversees service order scheduling and coordinating
• Oversees the creation and efficiency of service order schedules
• Prioritizes service calls in accordance with branch needs
• Maintains Go-Back Queue; including follow up and coordination. Ensures 1 week or less Go-Back status.
• Provides excellent customer service to all escalated service calls
• Attends tech meetings as needed. Reports and relays information between customer service team, management, and technicians
• Proactive communication with employees regarding service order status
• Ability to handle a great deal of stress over long periods of time.
• Is receptive to feedback, willing to learn and embraces continuous improvement
• Is helpful, respectful, approachable and team-oriented; building strong working relationships and maintaining a positive work environment
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education & Required Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience with invoicing, purchase orders, understanding of subcontractors and agreements
• Proficient in Excel, Sedona, 1GPA, and Mohave is a plus
• Exemplary customer services skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain and project a positive outlook to customers at all times, including when communicating shipment and service delays
• Ability to maintain a professional and positive work environment with all employees, vendors, and customers.
• Must be able to type proficiently and have a working knowledge of MS Office products
• Complies with all applicable safety, environment, health and waste management policies and procedures.
