Compensation/Benefits Salary range is $75,000-$83,000/year, depending on qualifications. Benefits include a 401K retirement plan, 401(k) matching, Medical/Dental/Vision Health Insurance, and PTO.RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE FINANCIAL ANALYSTFinanceTrack KPIs and preparing financial reportsAssist with budgeting and monthly close processesUnderstand key business driversDevelop financial projections and building financial models relating to Incurred But Not Reporting (INBR) claimsPerform research and analysis as requiredEnsure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulationsPrepare routine and ad hoc financial packages and analyses to present to executives and investorsAccountingReview all monthly accounting closes and account reconciliationsMiscellaneousAccept any other ad hoc projects as assigned by managementQUALIFICATIONS OF THE FINANCIAL ANALYSTRequiredBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field3+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modelingHealthcare Industry Experience, specifically employed by a physician organization and/or health plan and/or hospital finance organizationAccounting experience (especially with reconciliations and accounting closes)SKILLS OF THE FINANCIAL ANALYSTRequiredTechnicalStrong Excel :
