We are seeking a Permanent Estimator to join our dynamic team. Our company is one of the leading construction firms, renowned for our innovative designs and high-quality projects.

This role is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional construction services while working with a team of talented professionals.

As a Permanent Estimator, you will be at the heart of our operations. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare detailed cost estimates for our construction projects. Utilizing Procore software to manage all aspects of the estimating process.
Working closely with project managers, clients, architects, and engineers to gather all necessary data for estimates.
Monitoring and adjusting estimates to reflect changes in market conditions, project specifications, and company objectives.
Conducting risk assessments to identify potential financial or operational impacts.
Providing expertise and guidance to junior estimators and other team members.
A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal requirements.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
