    Skills and Experience Required:

    1. Cloud Migration: Strong hands-on experience with migrating workloads to the cloud.
    2. Azure Management: Proficiency with Management Groups, Subscriptions, and Resource Groups in Azure.
    3. Networking: Experience with designing and implementing Hub-Spoke network topology in Azure.
    4. Cost Optimization: Ability to monitor and optimize Azure resources for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
    5. Security and Compliance: Implement best practices for security, scalability, and performance in Azure environments. Experience with Conditional Access Policy, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Identity Access Management (IAM), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
    6. Automation: Familiarity with Azure DevOps, ARM templates, PowerShell scripting, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and other automation tools.
    7. Collaboration Tools: Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
    8. Cloud Adoption Framework: Good understanding of the Cloud Adoption Framework for Azure.
    9. Connectivity: Experience with Express Route is a plus.
    10. Tools: Familiarity with Co-pilot, AWS, Active Directory, Windows Server OS (2016, 2019, 2022), VMware, Varonis, Quest One Identity, and other relevant tools.
    11. Documentation: Strong documentation and Visio diagram experience.
    12. Research: Ability to research emerging products, services, protocols, and standards relevant to the firm's projects.
    13. Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, maintain, and enforce policies and procedures associated with infrastructure management.
    14. Training: Inform and train operations staff members on their responsibilities related to Azure operational tasks.
    15. Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with management, peers, and provide great customer service.
    16. ITIL: Adhere to ITIL service management principles and corporate policies.
    17. Escalation: Serve as part of a Tier 4 escalation team.
    18. Problem Resolution: Recommend, schedule, and coordinate the installation of fixes, security patches, and other measures in the event of business disruption.
