    With over 110 years in business in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Black-Top Paving, a division of Journey Group, is growing and seeking a safety minded Asphalt Paving Skid Steer/Roller Operator to join our team to operate roller and other heavy equipment.

    The Skid Steer/Roller Operator will collaborate between field foreman and paving team, maintain production and perform ground tasks such as luting and shoveling black top.

    The pay range for this position is $ $24.00 per hour based upon experience and skillset.
    A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered for new hires starting on or before June 1st, 2024.


    Qualified candidates will have:
    Ability to operate pneumatic rubber tire roller.
    Knowledge of location and use of all safety devices in area.
    Valid state issued driver's license and evidence of auto insurance preferred.
    CDL Class A - air brake endorsements preferred.
