    May advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Understands own work area professional concepts/standards, regulations, strategies and operating standards.

    Works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, and works under minimal direction.

    Required QualificationsCurrent licensure as an LPN or LVNBilingual in English and Spanish with the ability to read/write/speak in both languagesExcellent customer serviceStrong clinical backgroundStrong sense of engagement to be a team playerExperience in a fast pace/high volume environmentMust be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiencesPreferred QualificationsHands-on professionalBackground working in TriagePhlebotomy experienceExperience with Electronic Medical Records, preferably AthenaExperience with HEDISKnowledge of primary care medicine requirements (state specific).Working knowledge of clinical operationsAdditional InformationThis role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program.

    If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.Scheduled Weekly Hours40Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.

    The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $48,900 - $66,200 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
