    Dupre Logistics is currently seeking an experienced Driver Recruiter to support our growth.

    Key Duties:

    Remain informed of driver hiring needs/demands/trends

    Field, screen, and process qualified candidates

    Field incoming applications and/or calls from any and all digital sourcing methods to pre-screen qualified leads

    Assist candidates with application process which includes but is not limited to, pre-screen, completion of full application, and consumer reporting while qualifying candidate throughout

    Perform background checks directly related to consumer reporting and safety records

    Create and maintain strong positive working relationships with your peers, candidates, and internal customers

    Adequately and effectively support Field Recruiting Managers throughout onboarding process

    Prepare & maintain employments records

    Lead or assist on special projects as assigned

    General administrative duties for department as needed including filing, scanning, updating employee records, sorting mail, data entry, conducting research, compiling excel spreadsheets and word documents for the department

    Other duties as requested by Management

    Job Qualifications:

    Minimum of 1 year of Driver Recruiting Experience

    Experience with DOT regulations is a plus, but not required

    Proven ability to deal with personal and confidential information in a professional manner

    Knowledge of standard HR concepts, practices, and procedures

    Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills with strong attention to detail

    Ability to work in a team environment while maintaining a positive mental attitude

    Ability to multi task and prioritize day based on high volume of employee & management requests

    Independent self-starter, self-motivated, and goal oriented

    Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
