    Job Overview

    The Quality Assurance Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of beverage production products at Manna Beverages & Ventures.

    This position is responsible for conducting quality assurance audits, ensuring compliance with regulations, and resolving quality and production issues.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct Quality Audits: Regularly inspect products to ensure they meet company and customer standards.
    • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Maintain awareness of and comply with all applicable regulations, including FSMA, SQF, and Kosher requirements.
    • Collaborate with Management: Work closely with management to resolve quality, production, and efficiency problems.

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • Language Proficiency: English proficiency required; Spanish a plus.
    • Education: High school degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a science-related field preferred.
    • Experience: 1 year of relevant experience in production or manufacturing, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
