The Director of Physician Surgical Practices is responsbile for all aspects of managing, recruiting and expanding the physician services network. Secondly, the Director is responsible for managing the respective team members of the clinics and billing office staff. Third the Director is responsible for working with the hospital Revenue Cycle Director regarding mananaged care contracting with healthcare payers of physician services providers into the the respective networks. The position researches sources, ensures all credentialing/re-credentialing is conducted, maintains valid business licenses and certifications and ensures all Fedeeral, State and Medical guidelines are ahdered to at all times.Surgical Practices include:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Strong knowledge of business development and strategic planning.
Demonstrates exceptional communication skills by conveying necessary accurately, listening effectively and seeking clarification when needed.
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to upper managements' directions accurately.
