The Program Aide will provide oversight coordination and organization of activities appropriate for participants physical emotional intellectual and social growth.Primary Job Responsibilities include providing oversight to staff and participants maintaining participant files records assisting with data entry communication with participants families modeling enforcing teaching developing age appropriate social physical emotional behaviors leading implementing curriculum plans facilitating safe productive learning environment creating fun visually appealing environment employing positive behavior management strategies participating in ongoing professional development abiding by safety protocols performing set up clean up duties daily.
