Unison Infrastructure seeks an energetic, thorough caller as the first point of contact for real estate investment leads.

The role reports to the Director of Lead Generation and involves managing a personal pipeline of origination leads, setting appointments between site owners and account managers.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to call settings and closings while monitoring origination waterfall activity for sales pipeline health.

Contribute user-experience input to processes such as data mining, CRM design, marketing initiatives. Contribute strategically with product design to maintain market position.

Prior experience in call-center sales environments is required along with natural rapport-building ability.
