Omni Visions is in search of a professional with expertise in trauma care to join our exceptional team as a Resource Coordinator. As a key member of the Omni Family of Services, we are a multi-state agency dedicated to providing top-notch services for both adults and children. Being 100% employee-owned, we prioritize the support and well-being of our team members just as much as we do for our clients.
As the Resource Coordinator, your main role will involve providing referral treatment planning for foster and adoptive children placed in family or group settings to enhance their social functioning, safety, well-being, and permanency. You must always carry out your duties in line with the mission and core values of Omni Visions, adhering to all company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
