- CPA
- 10+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and
- Strong end-to-end AP experience in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close process and timelines, including reviewing reconciliations for accuracy and the preparation and review of various internal and external reports and the stand-alone and consolidated financial statements within required close timeline.
- Review and analyze the Companys individual and consolidated monthly and annual financial statements for accuracy and compliance with GAAP and the Companys policies and procedures.
- Responsible for ensuring an adequate system of internal controls, monitoring effectiveness of controls and implementing changes as required.
- Manage the financial statement audits and other audits (401K, IT), including coordinating and managing audit timeline, preparing, and reviewing audit workpapers and the audit report.
- Research applicable accounting standards, documenting company accounting treatment and implementing processes and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Responsible for ensuring timely and adequate payments, including the monthly royalty, weekly vendor and employee reimbursements, and ensuring all related accounting transactions are recorded properly.
