Job summary
The Client Delivery Manager (CDM) is focused on growing on site relationships via client revenue company reputation via service excellence performance for the client.Responsibilities
- engaging key client executive management to understand their needs
- working with internal business colleagues to assess develop and recommend service solutions
- educating the client monitor performance objectives prepare for and conduct monthly meetings managing CSAT report with peer level operations personnel underlying metrics improvement opportunities to ensure it meets/exceeds expected levels of performance ensuring contractual expectations are met exceeded including resource fulfillment towards such commitments managing account segment P&L meeting revenue EBITDA goals along with CDE Client Partner setting strategy that continues long term strategy overall client account or account segment in case of large accounts The CDM maintains active involved broad client executive relationships advises clients proactive manner current performance next areas mutual opportunity The CDM provides oversight Management various CDGsIBGs engaged onsite within Client Site The CDM will manage an account segment/account specific annual revenue target upwards of USD typically lead team Team Leads Project Managers key onsite personnel as Direct Reports The CDM is Director level position that will report into Client Delivery Executive
