    Role Overview:

    The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for driving an exceptional end-to-end customer experience for our digital customers by pulling and preparing orders for shipment while maintaining a safe, organized and efficient fulfillment environment. The associate ensures that the right products are delivered to our customers by accurately pulling, inspecting and preparing merchandise, as well as verifying invoices against loaded products. They are also responsible for monitoring sales activity to accurate forecast inventory replenishment needs. This individual must be highly motivated, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently with the desire to grow ownership and responsibilities with the company.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage digital order pipeline from order receipt through product packing and dispatching
    • Able to organize schedule and manage time effectively to complete all orders within a set timeframe without errors
    • Ensure merchandise is in good condition, accurately accounted for, and pulled from stock safely for delivery or pick up
    • Pack each order per company's standard order specifications
    • Check all incoming product against packing slip and place merchandise in proper location (forklift use/certification will be required)
    • Monitor and report on current order pipeline to help drive sales and inventory forecasting
    • Provide critical support to the Sales and Marketing team through Customer Service and Order Fulfillment, inclusive of consistent updates and touchpoints with team members
    • Administrate all state licenses for fertilizer and feed products including preparing and tracking renewals and completing periodic reporting requirements
    • Maintain proper digital and physical documentation for all activities, including Order Fulfillment and State Registrations / Licenses

    Qualifications:

    Required Qualifications

    • BA/BS degree or 1-2 years work experience in related business or fulfillment/operations support role
    • Position will be performed in a warehouse environment which requires the ability to stand for multiple hours a day in a facility that is exposed to altering degrees of cold and heat
    • Minimally must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance; may lift over 25 pounds with or without assistance
    • Must be eighteen years of age or older
    • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Organized with ability to manage multiple projects/work flows throughout each day
    • Ability to work well within a small, driven innovative team environment
    • Self-motivated with ability to manage own workday/workweek schedule
    • Desire to grow in responsibility with company
    • Forklift Certification preferred

    Compensation Overview

    • Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
    • Bonus-eligible role annually based on personal and company performance up to 10% of base salary
