Job summary
The Clinical Pharmacist I is responsible for involvement in the clinical aspects of pharmaceutical patient care including interaction with physicians, nurses and other healthcare providers.

Responsibilities
- Identifies drug-related problems.
- Recommends and monitors drug therapy
- Serves as a resource to the department by ensuring that drug treatment plans are safe and effective
- Participates in pharmacy student rotation program
- Serves as preceptor and member of Residency Advisory Committee
