    Blake Thermal is looking for an energetic, driven team player to join our New York team in a Commercial Sales Role. This key role focuses on providing solutions and services around applications including low-pressure steam, hydronic heating, domestic hot water, water filtration, and water and wastewater applications. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships and partnerships with engineering firms, contractors, and end users in the industrial, institutional and commercial marketplace.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key decision makers, influencers, manufacturers, and Blake Thermal team.
    • Develop and drive solutions to Mechanical Contractors, Engineers and key end users.
    • Maintain CRM tool with contacts, pipeline, opportunities and forecasts.
    • Participate in local trade associations, trade shows, and technical seminars.
    • Conduct field events to promote products and solutions.
    • Support corporate goals and growth initiatives.
    • Collect and share information on competition, market, and industry trends with leadership team.

    Requirements:

    • BS in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or equivalent experience.
    • Strong customer service and sales knowledge and experience.
    • Excellent communication, follow up, organizational and record keeping skills.
    • Commitment to be part of a winning team.
