    Job Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough assessments to identify students' sensory, motor, and developmental needs.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to develop and implement effective individualized therapy plans.
    • Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students, focusing on fine motor skills, sensory processing, and self-regulation.
    • Create engaging and innovative activities to support students' educational goals and overall development.
    • Maintain accurate records, track progress, and municate effectively with team members and families.

    Qualifications:

    • Valid North Carolina state license/certification as an Occupational Therapist.
    • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
    • Experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy is advantageous.
    • Proficiency in designing and implementing effective therapy interventions.
    • Strong munication skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
