- Testing and development for Mobile Phones, Tablets, etc.
- Developing documentation for standards, procedures, and system documentation
- Interfacing with the Department of Justice on Mobility issues
- AirWatch Administration
- Mobility Administration
- Troubleshooting User activation and mobility issues
- Manage an enterprise mobility program
- Ensuring that the FBOP mobility is in line with current DOJ and federal government policy and standards Education, Requirements and Qualifications
- Top Secret security clearance is required.
- Bachelor's degree or significant equivalent experience is required.
- Strong decision-making and prioritization skills
- Strong documentation skills
- Experience implementing, managing, and supporting a mobility management program
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and consultation skills
- Must be able to function resourcefully and independently and work with a diverse team of IA/cybersecurity practitioners
- Thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of Tools (Word, Excel, Project, Power Point, Visio, etc.)
- Must have experience in developing and presenting status briefs to high level government and contractor management
- Experience working within DOJ Offices, Boards, and Divisions (OBDs), with an understanding of unique organizational security policies and security controls implementations within specific IT environments is desired
