    Role Description

    This is a full-time construction manager role located in Nashville, TN. The Construction Manager will be responsible for supervising construction projects, budgeting, ensuring construction safety, and project control. The Construction Manager will be involved in day-to-day tasks related to managing construction projects and coordinating with subcontractors to ensure successful project completion.

    Qualifications

    • Supervisory Skills, Budgeting, and Project Control
    • Experience in ensuring construction safety and compliance
    • Knowledge of construction processes and techniques
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
    • Familiarity with construction/project management software like Sage, Bluebeam, PlanGrid and Onscreen Takeoff
    • Excellent communication, team player and leadership skills
    • Outstanding time management and organizational skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field is required
    • Certifications in construction management or related field are desirable; PMP or equivalent certification is preferred
