    What You'll Do:


    The Logistics Coordinator assumes a critical role within our team, overseeing the intricate flow of vehicles within the international supply chain.

    Working in close collaboration with the Logistics Manager, this position involves meticulous coordination with manufacturers, management of shipments, and interaction with third-party entities for customs clearance, ensuring the seamless delivery of vehicles to Velocity facilities and partner dealerships.

    Beyond operational duties, the Logistics Coordinator actively engages in strategic problem-solving, consistently communicating updates and presenting innovative solutions to management.


    Required Qualifications:
    High school diploma or equivalent.

    Preferred: 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting, sales, or operations.

    Preferred:
    Knowledge of commercial truck dealer operations
    Strong customer service and telephone etiquette.
    Exceptional interpersonal skills.
    Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
    Proficiency in office software such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
    Facilitate communication with third parties to track truck shipments, oversee vehicle delivery, and verify releases to transporters.
    Maintain comprehensive reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for process optimization.
    Proficiently manage internal databases, nurturing relationships with key users, and identifying avenues for system enhancement.
    Uphold stringent inventory record-keeping standards to maximize profitability, ensuring precision through meticulous adherence to standard operating procedures.
    Collaborate with sales staff to ensure accurate and complete data entry for new orders within the database.
    Contribute to the planning and execution of company-sponsored events.
    Execute additional tasks as delegated by management.


    Compensation:
    $28-$30/hourly depending on experience and skills
