    NY Style Pizzeria Team Members

    We are looking for a high-energy Team Members that want to work at a family-owned pizzeria that prides itself in offering the best pizza in Medina County. We cross-train our Team, so everybody and help everybody. Helps take the monotony out of doing the same job every day
    • Preparing all menu items to company standards.
    • Complete daily cleaning tasks as assigned.
    • Open/Close station.
    • Managing all guest orders and ensuring that customers' orders are completed in a timely manner.
    • Greeting Guests as they enter the restaurant "Welcome to Courthouse/White Box Pizzeria" and conveying "Thank You" as they leave.
    • Answer phones within 3-rings – "Thank You for choosing Courthouse/White Box Pizzeria, how may I help you?" Smile when you answer the phone, it comes through to our Guests.
    • Explain our menu to Guests and input orders into point-of-sale system.
    • Pre-Bus and Clear tables.
    • Ensure Soda & Counter are clean, stocked with plates, napkins, straws, utensils, lids, cups
    • Offer Guests Add-On sales (Drinks, Bread Sticks, Etc.)
