    • Function as recruitment resource for Imagine Staffing's clients – this will include all candidate experience and workforce management functions, in addition to traditional recruitment activities.
    • Interview candidates through multiple platforms (in-person, phone, video) to determine their qualifications, assess skill set, qualify experience, gauge potential, and determine fit for open positions.
    • Liaise with clients to understand their needs, generate/update job description, enter into internal database for distribution among fellow recruiters working on the requisition.
    • Maintain organized, specific, and detailed candidate/client records and general documentation in Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
    • Utilize resources such as ATS, job boards, databases, and networking groups for recruitment purposes.
    • Follows strategic recruitment plans and Imagines detailed/thorough process implemented and developed to assist recruiters.
    • Establishes professional and enduring relationships with candidates; develops pipelines and queues of qualified candidates for future use.
    • Schedules, coordinates, and confirms interviews between clients and candidates.
    • Updates, edits, scrubs, sanitizes resumes, as needed.
    • Writes tailored individual candidate summaries for presentation to clients.
    • Full onboarding process once a hire is made, including proper paperwork, drug screen and background checks, generation of offer/confirmation letters, arranging start-dates, etc.
    • Check references and document as needed.
    • Continuously seeks updated knowledge in latest recruiting methods, best practices, trends, patterns, and techniques; stays up to date on industry news, standards, changes.
    Requirements & Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred, AAS Degree and relevant experience will be considered.
    • 2+ years of experience in a third-party recruitment role desirable; recruitment experience in another capacity (corporate, for example) will be considered.
    • Ability to work on site at our upcoming location in Fort Mill, S.C.
    • Experience recruiting for any of a variety of industries (Industrial, Administrative, IT, Engineering, etc.).
    • High-level computer literacy and proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Well-versed in the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, search engines, etc.
    • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills for successful interaction and collaboration with internal teams, candidates, and clients, partners, and vendors.
    • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
    • Must be meticulous and detail oriented.
    • Driven, motivated, and hungry, with a self-starter mentality.
    • Ability to multitask and juggle numerous responsibilities, projects, duties, and deadlines simultaneously.
