- Collaborate with Preconstruction to guide projects through design-build and design-assist methods
- Review and select sub quotes, issue Notices to Proceed
- Provide project information to Accounting
- Procure and document submittals for timely project delivery
- Create subcontracts with assistance
- Support Superintendent with project kick-off
- Ensure permits and approvals are in place
- Conduct project meetings and review RFI's
- Assist Superintendent in issue resolution
- Update project schedules
- Prepare monthly job cost reports
- Review jobsites for safety and quality
- Lead punch walk and ensure timely resolution of punch items
- Obtain closeout documentation
- Ensure proper financial closeout
- Lead warranty walk
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 7+ years' experience
- Experience in commercial and industrial projects
- Proficiency in various software and OSHA certification
- Attention to detail and relationship-building skills
