- Bachelor's Degree in nursing, management, business administration, or related field
- Several years of case management leadership experience in an acute care setting
- License from State of Nevada to Practice as a Registered Nurse
- Master's Degree, Certified Case Manager (CCM), EPIC Knowledge preferred but not required
