    The Institutional Business Development team is adding an Associate of Client Service to allow the firm to continue to support our client base with an exceptional and bespoke client service experience.

    The Institutional Client Service Associate will provide client support across the Blue Owl investment verticals and will work with the broader business development team to coordinate all client service activities with a focus on delivering the ultimate client experience.

    This position is critical to creating positive client experiences. A successful candidate will be client-focused and committed to developing creative solutions.
    This role is in office Monday through Thursday.
    Job ResponsibilitiesThe Associate will be responsible for all aspects of institutional client reporting across Blue Owl investment verticals.

    Produce quarterly portfolio reports for investors in commingled funds and separately managed accounts, working with internal teams to collate relevant dataCoordinate responses for institutional investor inquiriesCoordinate client meetings and agendasTrack meeting notes and execute on an associated follow upsDraft and prepare briefing memos for client meetingsResponsible for preparing all relevant materials for client meetings/callsAbility to articulate Blue Owl's products, funds and strategies in great detailAssist with the execution of LPAC meetings for the Institutional Business Development teamTake on ad hoc projects and support the client service team as neededQualifications3+ years of professional experiencePrior work experience in the financial services industry and/or investor relations is requiredCandidates should have a excellent communication skills, effective presentation abilities, and possess strong analytical skillsDetail-orientedExceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projectsTeam player with the ability to collaborate across the firmAbility to excel in a fast-paced, changing environmentSelf-motivated, assertive, proactive, independent and flexibleHighly proficient in Word, PowerPoint and ExcelExperience with Salesforce a plusIt is expected that the base annual salary range for this New York City-based position will be $125,000 to $140,000.

    Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance. Blue Owl is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
