Job summary
The Community Service Board of Middle Georgia is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fleet Coordinator This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the agency's fleet and equipment inventory across a 16-county service area.This role ensures the safe efficient and cost-effective use of agency vehicles while maintaining accurate records managing vendor relationships and optimizing the distribution maintenance and surplus of agency property.
The selected candidate will also serve as the point contact for internal stakeholders vendors and law enforcement regarding fleet matters plays a key role in risk mitigation compliance operational performance
- Maintain inventory listing in appropriate software including cost date purchase location etc.
- Create reports listing equipment furniture on hand for use.
