    The Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a reputable law firm in Colorado to find an experienced Family Law Legal Assistant. This role requires a professional who is knowledgeable in family law and capable of providing comprehensive support to the legal team.

    • Providing support to attorneys by managing family law cases efficiently.
    • Conducting legal research and gathering necessary documentation for case preparation.
    • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including affidavits, motions, and agreements.
    • Coordinating communication between clients, attorneys, and court officials.
    • Organizing and maintaining case files and ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.
    • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and court dates, while managing attorneys' calendars.
    • Ensuring compliance with legal procedures and confidentiality standards.
    • Assisting with trial preparation and supporting attorneys during court proceedings.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 3 years experience as a legal assistant or paralegal, specifically in family law.
    • Strong understanding of family law practices and procedures.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in legal research and familiarity with legal terminology.
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
    • Proficient in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
