- Conducting legal research and analysis on intellectual property issues
- Drafting and prosecuting patent applications
- Managing trademark portfolios
- Providing strategic advice to clients on intellectual property protection and enforcement
- Assisting with intellectual property litigation and dispute resolution
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Ohio State Bar (or eligibility for admission by motion)
- 2-5 years of experience in intellectual property law, including patent prosecution and/or trademark matters
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and exceeding client expectations
