Soliant Health is actively seeking passionate and skilled Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our team for immediate opportunities within a prominent school district in Tempe, AZ. These are full-time positions requiring onsite presence for the duration of the school year.

Job Description:

As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the educational goals and developmental needs of students within the Tempe school district. Your responsibilities will enpass:

• Providing prehensive occupational therapy services to students based on their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) or 504 plans.
• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to ascertain students' needs and progress.
• Collaborating closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement tailored treatment plans.
• Documenting and maintaining accurate records of student progress and interventions.

Qualifications:

• Valid Arizona state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Prior experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is advantageous.
• Excellent munication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to assess individual student needs and adapt strategies to support their success within an educational context.
