- Fill out contract, quotation, and shipping forms
- Assist in sales of new services
- Coordinate product transportation for customers
- Handle customer complaints and billing queries
- Process product orders and payments
- Expeditiously manage Work Order status
- Maintain customer lists and price records
- Ensure compliance with Quality and Safety policies
- Perform various assigned duties with top quality standards
- Answer incoming calls and monitor facility visitors
- Create, manage, and track Work Orders
- Assist in asset inventory management
- Coordinate shipping and receiving tasks
- Schedule transportation and maintain shipping records
- Manage personnel dispatch and vehicle movements
- Create and track purchase orders
- Generate Job Trackers and manage tool assets
- High School Diploma
- Valid Driver's License
- Proficient in Excel and computer skills
- Effective verbal communication
- Basic reading, writing, and math abilities
- Experience in Product and People Logistics
- Experience in Shipping and Receiving
- 3-5 years of dispatcher experience
- Background in the Oil and Gas Industry
- Knowledge of industry products and regulations
- Inventory Regulation and Import/Export experience
