Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Duties associated with the operation of payment processing including accepting payments and completing deposits.
Assists the office manager in the preparation of monthly fiscal reports in the respective area.
Processes and ensures all fiscal forms are accurate, complete and are accompanied with appropriate required attachments.
General office and clerical responsibilities including answering incoming phone calls, filing and scanning.
Maintain security of cash funds and drawer.
Answer incoming calls.

Requirements

Knowledge of accounting procedures and record keeping.
A positive, energetic, can-do attitude.
Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures.
The utmost integrity, respect and professionalism.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and/or customers at the same time.
Familiarity with CDK system.
Minimum of two (2) years experience in cash handling and credit card processing.
Computer skills including email and internet.
Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
High school diploma or equivalent.
