• Accounting/Finance.

Generally, requires 2-3 years of experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities ' Proficient in MS Office.
Excellent written oral, follow up, organization and communication skills.
Oracle experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail required.
Strong Financial Acumen.


Top Skills:
Financial analysis, Excel, Invoicing, and data analytics.
Need to have a good knowledge with Marketing.
Having experience with SQL is a big plus.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Job Responsibilities:
Internally they are using Invoicing/ vendor management tools like, Essbase, Oracle EBS and etc.
Assist with contract processing and purchase order entries. Help to resolve vendor invoice and payment issues as needed.
Produce status updates and reporting on a regular basis.
Reconcile transactions by account, project, or entity by comparing and analyzing data.
Provide support for sales & marketing programs with daily data pulls and detailed analysis. Further develop existing Excel based reporting to ensure efficient ongoing management.
Support marketing operations including forecasting, reporting, tracking & reconciliations.
Ability to interpret, organize and stage data in a clear manner providing relevant insights.
Candidate must be comfortable with financial data and systems.
Ability to switch gears quickly and work in a face paced environment with competing deliverables.

Expert-level competence in the core MS Office suite, particularly MS Excel (formulas, functions, charts, and pivot tables, power pivot) and PowerPoint.

Extract performance data from vendor systems and develop dashboard reporting to support decision making.

Team is responsible for assisting the Growth Strategy and Operations team with operational support, financial management, varied levels of reporting and analysis and vendor maintenance.
