Grants and Reports CoordinatorPay Range- $27.22- $28.10
Job Summary.
The Grants and Reports Coordinator maintains a fundraising portfolio managing grant applications and reports supporting healthcare services and government grants.

Prepare grant applications
Stay abreast of possible government grant funding for which the department may be eligible.
Prepare grant applications to support the department budget.
Engage department managers to obtain the necessary information to complete applications
Maintain well organized electronic files of all application submissions
Coordinate with Project HOME's Contracts Department, which facilitates legal review of all contracts and maintains all awarded contracts electronically.
Coordinate with Project HOME's Accounting Department to confirm budget.
Hold in strict confidentiality all sensitive and private information including departmental salary information, program data, and protected patient health information.
Grant complianceMaintain a grants compliance and reporting calendar
Engage department managers to obtain the necessary information to complete required report submissions (data reporting, narrative reporting, and financial reporting)
Represent PHHS in meetings as required by the individual grants
Obtain appropriate manager signoffs before submitting reports
Submit reports on behalf of the department
Maintain well organized electronic files of all report submissions
Receive and respond to general inquiries from funders; engage the appropriate managers as needed
Grant communication
For cross divisional grant-funded projects, create written material to communicate project activities, events, and accomplishments to all stakeholders.
When appropriate, interface with the general public, partners, funders, etc. to educate/inform about Project HOME's grant related activities and accomplishments.
Notify staff and related parties of grant awards.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience (4 years).
Excellent writing skills necessary for successful grant applications: clear, concise, grammatically correct, and logical.
The successful candidate is able to provide writing samples that show the candidate's ability to synthesize disparate information into a logical whole.
Strong attention to detail, especially dense grant application instructions and review criteria.Excellent organizational, verbal communication, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to meet firm deadlines.
Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
The ability to interact warmly and professionally with all members of the community.
Able to work independently as well as with a team
Ability to prioritize tasks and take initiative
Comfortable with handling unforeseen needs
What Qualifications or Experience You May Bring:
Prior experience writing and managing grants, especially government grants. Prior experience with writing and submitting healthcare related grants is a plus.
Current resident from either the 19121, 19132 or 19140 zip code
Lived experience/history of homelessness
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to move to or remain sedentary for periods of time in various locations
