Job Summary
Maintains and repairs all types of roofs as part of the services provided to the University community by the facilities management area to maintain university buildings.
+Responsibilities
- Lays out and fabricates duct lines, drip pans, metal louvers etc from flat sheet metal.
- Fabricates and installs items made of special metals such as ornaments murals and cornice work.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Five years experience working with residential and commercial roofing systems including slate roofs.
