- Strong knowledge of modern warehousing practices and methods.

- Able to operate warehouse equipment, including automated technology.
- Bilingual skills are helpful, but not required.
Education and Experience - 4+ years of combined management experience in Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing a team of warehouse employees.
- Experience with inventory control, inventory reconciliation, and cycle counting.
- Experience in Lean Management principles.
- Associate degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Business, or related field (required)
Computer Skills - Proficient with Microsoft 365, Oracle E1, Power BI and miscellaneous data base tools

Job DescriptionDescriptionOversee select warehouse operations, serving and motivating warehouse employees, leading by example, and fostering a positive team-building atmosphere. Supervise and continuously improve all inbound, outbound, and internal inventory assembly and movement. Align daily operations to the distribution network strategy to meet customer expectations in a cost-effective manner.Key Responsibilities· Supervise, train, and directly assist, where needed, warehouse operations which include, but not limited to, late-stage assembly, loading/unloading, receiving, sorting, put away, picking, packaging, and shipping, as well as inventory control.· Drive an efficient and motivated workforce by providing effective coaching, feedback, and encouragement.· Maintain accurate inventory levels by leading regular physical counts with warehouse teams and reconcile discrepancies with the warehouse inventory system.· Ensure a culture of safety by enforcing safety standards and adhering to standard operational procedures.· Support a Lean Operations program for all warehouse activities.· Integrate Warehouse Automation in operations; planning, installing, training, and supporting team members.· Lead by example to ensure that all procedures and best practices are followed by staff in their daily work.· Measure, report and manage Key Performance Indicators and operational metrics.o Address performance gaps as needed.
