    Job responsibilities:
    Document assessments, interventions, and progress in the medical record.

    Review pertinent lab values and clinical data to inform nutrition recommendations.

    Monitor tolerance and outcomes and adjust recommendations based on patient response.

    Support discharge nutrition planning and provide follow-up recommendations as applicable.

    Work 32 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
