    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist Construction Managers with day-to-day field operations for large-scale residential developments, including clearing, earthwork, and utility installations.
    • Communicate effectively with municipalities and their employees.
    • Manage job costs and development budgets for each project task.
    • Evaluate stormwater compliance, including permit requirements and Pollution Prevention Plan maintenance.
    • Maintain daily site visits to ensure projects are on schedule and within budget.
    • Troubleshoot issues and complaints as they arise.
    • Deliver developed lots to home builders on time and according to plan.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction engineering, or civil/structural engineering (preferred).
    • Comfortable with technology and proficient in MS Office products, especially Excel and Outlook.
    • Ability to use construction software to manage all aspects of the job.
    • Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
    • Enthusiastic and professional demeanor required.
    • Minimal travel required; must own or lease a truck and have a valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record and insurance coverage.
