Job Description :-
• Responsible for troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and service on designated equipment's.
• 4 + Years of Experience in handling and troubleshooting Hardware devices like Desktops, Laptops, Mobile phones, Tablets, iPad, Printers.
• Responsible for leading installation activities within the assigned area, ensuring safety and quality measures are taken.
• Maintain proper preventative maintenance procedures at on-site location.
• Demonstrates a broad knowledge of technology fundamentals and concepts (with a focus on Microsoft)
• Physical Effort: Generally required to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally Able to work flexible hours and be available for emergency response on short notice
• Willing to travel to other sites from your Home base located around 2 hours driving distance.
• Willing to travel to other locations for Training purpose.
• Solid team and people skills .
• Strong problem solving and structured thinking skills.
