Job Overview :
Submit claims and attach all follow up documentation for claims eligible for the Dealer Tire subrogation portal.

Job Responsibilities :
Submit claims eligible under the Dealer Tire program via the Sonsio Web portal
Review and attach follow up documentation post submission
Review documentation backlog
Maintain submission reports and assist with process improvements
Update claim information to reflect submissions
Read and maintain spreadsheets

Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Ability to troubleshoot and service policy issues
Strong computer skills and proficient in Windows and MS Office Products
Analytical and problem-solving skills. Superior verbal/written skills and communications skills
Interpersonal skills essential, ability to handle complex situations. Exercises sound judgment when interacting with customers.
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently to meet key Service Level standards
Good punctuation, spelling, mathematical, grammar, and attention to detail
Strong knowledge and understanding of forms manager, and ability to review terms & conditions on all contracts
Experience dealing with automotive tire with a firm grasp of the technical specifications and terminology used in the industry
Knowledge of Tire & Wheel (strongly preferred)
Must be authorized to work in the U.S
Must be able to successfully pass a background check
