Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM with the potential to be onsite 3 days per week and in the Corporate office 2 days per week.

Paid Volunteer Time
– After your first 90 days of employment you will receive paid volunteer hours each year to participate in TMG Cares Events that give back to the community.
As a
Community Manager Everyday will be different but your responsibilities
Include:
Assure there is strong communication to owners and residents
Oversees the details, forms & documentation of coordinating move-in & move-out's.
Coordinate and conduct new move-in orientations.
Prepare and distribute building notices, signage, presentations & other visuals (including email blasts)
Walk building and garage twice a month checking for violations
Enforcement of Association compliance including keeping up spreadsheet.
Program and track parking cards, fobs and elevator pins
Assist Portfolio Manager in Board meeting preparation
Attend and Prepare meeting minutes and summary for both Board and Residential Meetings
Monitor and update BPM website for community documents, etc.
Assist real estate professionals with questions and certs as needed
Assist in other duties that may be assigned from time to time by Portfolio Manager
Work with Maintenance to coordinate repairs, vendor bids and process work orders.
Coordinate with Homeowners, HOA insurance & other insurance companies for HOA & Homeowner insurance claims.
Maintain computer file organization
Research, vet & choose qualified community management software platform(s) for board review.
Utilize
VMS:
Input homeowner fees, update records of homeowners and tenants.
Coordinate with maintenance on large ARC request by homeowners and collect, verify necessary paperwork.
Ability to adjust communication style to the needs of the homeowners in order to find solutions for a variety of situations.
Maintain calendars for insurance and leases, making sure coverage are up-to-date.Listen and respond to community concerns
Respond and communicate with residents who file incident reports. Find amiable solutions in order to resolve issues with all parties.
