    Job Title:

    Home Remodeling Project Manager

    Job Summary:

    We're seeking a highly motivated Home Remodeling Project Manager to oversee the successful completion of projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management, customer service, and salesmanship skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage project logistics, including material orders and installer assignments.
    • Schedule installation dates and ensure timely project completion.
    • Maintain open communication with homeowners and installers throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Ensure products are installed according to manufacturer requirements and work orders.
    • Manage project change orders and oversee project payments and closeouts.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in construction account management, project management, or a similar role (at least 3 years).
    • Experience in residential exterior construction and safety (Roofing/Siding preferred).
    • Proficient in using CRM software (Job Nimbus preferred).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    Compensation:

    $90,000 - $125,000 per year (hybrid compensation package with base salary, performance pay, and commission)

    Location:

    Bergenfield NJ (HQ) with frequent travel around the state.
